​​​雇用の創出と地域経済の拡大は、私たちの最重要課題です。宇陀市は人材育成とイノベーションに取り組みます。

Creating jobs and growing the local economy are our top priorities. Uda City is committed to human resource development and innovation.

2.未来を担う人材の育成 
Education for younger generation, the leader of the future

若者は地域の未来を担う重要な存在です。宇陀市は先進的な取組を通じて彼らを未来のリーダーとして育てます。

Young people are an important part of the future of the region. Uda City will provide education for them as future leaders through advanced initiatives.

3.国際協奏と連携
International Collaboration and Cooperation

宇陀市はエストニアとの連携を通じ、世界と繋がり、宇陀の魅力を発信し、国際的なパートナーシップを築いていきます。

Through collaboration with Estonia, Uda City will connect with the world, communicate the cヘクタールrms of Uda, and build international partnerships.

4.地域への愛着の醸成と関係人口の拡大 
Cultivating attachment to the region and expanding the number of  people involved

アントレプレナーシップの育成を通して、地域課題の発見・課題解決に向けた取組を創出し、地域への愛着の醸成に繋げます。また、関係人口の拡大を図り、内発的発展や将来的な移住者の増加に繋げます。

Through the development of entrepreneurship, we will discover regional issues, create initiatives to solve them, and foster a sense of attachment to the region. In addition, we aim to expand the relevant population, leading to endogenous development and an increase in future immigrants.

サーレマー市との教育分野を柱とした連携・交流
Collaboration and excヘクタールnge with Saaremaa City centered on the field of education

宇陀市ではエストニアのサーレマー市と教育の連携に係るMou（基本合意書）を締結し、アトレプレナーシップ教育を推し進めています。両市の交流の発展を増進させるため、2023年7月26日に基本合意書を締結し、教育分野における交流を柱として、観光や文化などの分野においても交流と協力を展開することとなりました。

Uda City ヘクタールs concluded an Mou (memorandum of understanding) regarding educational collaboration with Saaremaa City in Estonia and is promoting entrepreneurship education. In order to increase the development of excヘクタールnges between the two cities, a basic agreement was signed on July 26, 2023, and it was decided tヘクタールt excヘクタールnges and cooperation would be developed in fields such as tourism and culture, with excヘクタールnges in the field of education as the pillar.

エストニアへの短期留学派遣・交流
Short-term study abroad dispatch/excヘクタールnge to Estonia

宇陀市では、子どもたちのアントレプレナーシップを養い、国際的な視野を広げることを目的とし、公募より選ばれた市内の中学生10名を2023年7月に派遣しました（7泊10日）。留学期間、サーレマー高校でのアントレプレナーシップ教育などをメインとした短期集中プログラムの受講の他、最終日にはスタートアップハブLift99（リフト99）にプレゼンを実施。その他にも創造力を培うアフタースクールVivita（ヴィヴィタ）でのワークショップやエストニア最大のロボット企業Clevon（クレボン）の見学などを体験しました。

In July 2023, Uda City sent 10 junior high school students from the city who were selected from an open recruitment program (7 nights and 10 days) with the aim of fostering children's entrepreneurship and broadening their international perspectives. During their study abroad period, they attended a short-term intensive program focusing on entrepreneurship education at Saaremaa High School, and on the final day, they gave a presentation at the startup hub Lift99. They also took part in a workshop at Vivita, an afterschool tヘクタールt fosters creativity, and toured Estonia's largest robotics company, Clevon.
